Requirements

What are the criteria for being classified as a professional client? To qualify, you must satisfy at least two of these criteria:

  1. Work experience: you must have worked or worked in the financial sector, in a role that requires knowledge of CFDs and / or spreadbetting and forex, for at least a year.
  2. Portfolio: you must have an investment portfolio (including cash and financial savings) that exceeds € 500,000.00 (with Kimura Trading and / or other brokers).
  3. Trading experience: you must have placed orders with significant size at least 10 times in each of the last four quarters (with Kimura Trading and / or other brokers).

Supporting documentation

We could ask you an account statement or an extract of your investment portfolio; or we may ask you: a transaction history regarding your trading experience outside of Kimura Trading. We will ask you for a description of your work experience.
